FIMI has in fact been selected for the supply of\u00a0<strong>levelling and transversal cutting lines<\/strong>, one for wide coils and one for narrow coils complete with\u00a0<strong>automatic packaging systems<\/strong>\u00a0in line, and a\u00a0<strong>longitudinal cutting line<\/strong>also with a\u00a0<strong>packing system<\/strong>\u00a0(horizontal) for Tata Steel&#8217;s CR Downstream processing center in Kalinganagar, India.<\/p>\n<p>FIMI was chosen for its consolidated know-how in the creation of plants for the processing of high-strength materials, thanks to the adoption of cutting-edge systems such as the Torque Dynamic Distribution System ( TDDS)which distributes the ideal torque on the flattening rollers of the transversal cutting lines and the\u00a0<strong>Non-Friction Tensioning System (NFTS)<\/strong>, a system which equips the braking carriages of the longitudinal cutting lines (Slitter) as well as other\u00a0<strong>automatic systems<\/strong>\u00a0that make it possible to\u00a0<strong>reduce operator intervention<\/strong>, thus\u00a0<strong>improving<\/strong>the\u00a0<strong>productivity<\/strong> , the\u00a0<strong>quality<\/strong>\u00a0and the\u00a0<strong>safety of the systems.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The customer will also be supported by the\u00a0<strong>new Indian headquarters of FIMI<\/strong>\u00a0for the entire duration of the project, start-up and after-sales assistance.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"It is with great enthusiasm that FIMI Group announces the acquisition of another important order by\u00a0TATA STEEL.
