FIMIGroup is looking for a Junior Sales Manager to join its commercial team and support the development of business opportunities in global markets.
Principales responsabilidades

This role offers a unique opportunity to learn the technical and commercial aspects of advanced industrial machinery while working closely with customers, engineers, and production teams.
What you will do
• Prepare technical and commercial quotations.
• Support the management and development of customer relationships.
• Participate in technical and commercial discussions with international clients.
• Attend customer meetings and industry trade fairs in Italy and abroad.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to develop tailored solutions.
• Promote FIMIGroup's products and technologies in international markets.
Cualificaciones y experiencia
Technical Qualifications
• Technical diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Engineering degree is considered a plus.
• Basic knowledge of the manufacturing and metalworking industry.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings is appreciated.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Valid driving licence.

Travel
Availability for short business trips throughout the year is required.
Contract & Benefits
• National Metalworking Industry Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici Industria).
• Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications.
• Junior candidates may be offered an initial fixed-term contract (6 + 6 months) with the objective of long-term employment.
• Annual welfare benefits of €250 provided under the collective labour agreement.
• Remote working is not available.
• Flexibility in working hours is required.
