主要职责
The successful candidate will play a strategic role in developing and managing customer relationships, negotiating complex technical-commercial projects, and identifying new business opportunities within the metal processing industry.
Working closely with customers, engineering teams, and senior management, the Senior Sales Manager will represent FIMIGroup across key international markets.
What you will do
• Manage and develop existing customer accounts in Italy and abroad.
• Identify new business opportunities and acquire new customers.
• Independently manage complex technical-commercial negotiations.
• Prepare, negotiate, and finalize commercial proposals.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to define tailored technical solutions.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
• Participate in international trade fairs, customer visits, and business meetings.
资格和经验
Technical Qualifications
• Proven experience in sales roles within the metalworking or manufacturing industry.
• Minimum 5 years of industry experience and strong knowledge of production processes.
• Demonstrated success in selling industrial machinery, equipment, or technical solutions.
• Strong negotiation and commercial management skills.
• Excellent command of English.
• Additional languages are considered an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings is appreciated.
• Valid driving licence.

Location
📍 Viganò (LC), Italy
Travel
Availability for short business trips throughout the year is required.
Contract & Benefits
• National Metalworking Industry Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici Industria).
• Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications.
• Junior candidates may be offered an initial fixed-term contract (6 + 6 months) with the objective of long-term employment.
• Annual welfare benefits of €250 provided under the collective labour agreement.
• Remote working is not available.
• Flexibility in working hours is required.
