Between\u00a0October 27th and 31st<\/strong>,\u00a0FIMIGroup<\/strong>\u00a0had the pleasure of opening its doors for a special\u00a0technical open house event<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 the\u00a0FIMI Technical Week<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Taking advantage of the presence of two major plants under construction \u2014 a\u00a0Stainless Steel Sheet to sheet Leveler<\/strong>\u00a0and a\u00a0Complete Levelling and Cut-to-Length Line<\/strong>, both ready for dismantling and shipment \u2014 we invited selected customers to experience our technologies up close.<\/p>\n

Throughout the week, several delegations visited our\u00a0three production sites<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014\u00a0Vigan\u00f2, Valmadrera, and Barzan\u00f2<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 guided by our\u00a0technical and sales teams<\/strong>, who presented the lines in detail and shared insights into our latest developments.<\/p>\n

Key equipment featured during the event:<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Stainless Steel Sheet Leveler<\/strong>\u00a0for hot and cold rolled materials (series 300, 400, and duplex)<\/p>\n

    • Thickness range: 1.5 \u00f7 25.4 mm<\/li>\n
    • Ultimate tensile strength: up to 1,000 MPa<\/li>\n
    • Yield strength: up to 800 MPa<\/li>\n
    • Working speed: up to 40 m\/min<\/li>\n
    • Coil weight: 45 tons<\/li>\n
    • Sheet length: 1,000 \u00f7 15,000 mm<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Both lines are\u00a0equipped with our patented TDDS (T<\/strong>orque<\/strong> Dynamic<\/strong> Distribution System)<\/strong>, ensuring optimal flatness and process control throughout the leveling stage.<\/p>\n
