Automation Level 2 aims to collect production data from the customer’s production planning system. 

Given the variety of management systems currently on the market, during the years we have developed our ability to offer different solutions for specific customer needs.

The Level 2 system is designed to exchange and manage coils and production information by performing the following main functions:

• receiving PDI from Level 3 by the operator. 
• storage of PDI to be sent to the finishing line.
• editing and manipulating PDI data
• entry of PDI in case Level 3 is not available.
• sending PDI data to the finishing line. 
• storage of PDO from the finishing line. 
• generation of PDO reports (shift, day, month). 
• alarm monitoring and recording of line alarm status.
• sending PDO data to the Level 3 system. 
• material tracking.
