FIMI Service

Assistance, Maintenance and Revamping.

FIMI Service is the Group’s division able to guarantee punctual and professional support in after-sales service and maintenance, both ordinary and extraordinary, of the plants manufactured by FIMIGroup.

In addition, years of direct experience in the establishments of the most important players in the sector, combined with continuous training of its technicians, allow FIMI Service to provide a series of complementary services ranging from simple modifications to complete revamping up to the transformation and construction of mechanical units, steel mill lines, coil processing lines, tube production lines and internal handling systems.

Second hand or unproductive plants are analysed by technicians and completely refurbished, equipping them with automatism and advanced electronic systems to: 

Increase production capacity.

Extend the lifetime of the plant

Preserve its value over time

Increase the quality of finished products

FIMI Service’s presence in industries all over the world is especially strong where the maintenance of mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic units is a necessity, and it is here where the work of FIMI Service technicians is appreciated.

FIMI Service can provide complete assistance through the following services: 

Installation, commissioning and start-up of the manufactured plants.

Training of the customer’s personnel who will work on the plant.

After-sales assistance with spare parts supply.

Any direct intervention in production.

Remote assistance.

In response to customers’ growing need for specialised assistance, the Service division is able to manage the demands at 360°, operating in-house or directly on site. The intervention teams, in fact, are equipped with mobile workshop machines to carry out, in complete autonomy, all the necessary operations in the country and abroad. 
Reliability, timeliness and completeness of service have enabled FIMI Service to become a valuable contact point for major international manufacturers such as the Tenaris group, Brembo and Ilva, just to mention a few.

The whole industrial site is located in Mapello (Bergamo) and is easily accessible thanks to its strategic location near the main airports and motorways in Northern Italy.
