Rif. 10.25 ARP – Junior Production Manager Assistant

FIMIGroup is looking for a junior assistant to the production manager who will work with the various department managers and colleagues to achieve the company's objectives efficiently and effectively, meeting deadlines and ensuring the necessary quality.
Main responsibilities
Responsibilities
• Assembly department: assist the workshop manager in planning daily activities, checking progress and preparing daily reports
• Service department: support the department manager in checking that the materials received correspond to those requested, processing orders via the company ERP system
• Quality control department: assist the manager in opening non-conformities and support colleagues by taking measurements as per company control plans
• Use of company management software
Qualifications and experiences
Technical skills:
• IT skills: use of ERP, Microsoft applications, CAD software.
• Knowledge of mechanical design (mainly reading).
• Basic knowledge of electrical components (sensors, encoders, etc.) is welcome.
• Use of measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, hardness testers, etc.) is welcome.
Soft skills:
• Propensity for teamwork.
• Openness to discussion.
• Problem solving.
• Ability to organise one's own work.
• Results-oriented.
• Driving licence B.
Educational qualifications:
• Secondary school: Technical Expert or similar.
Nice to have
Workplace: Valmadrera (Lc)
Working hours: 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. / 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Availability and flexibility in working hours
Age 20/22 years
