TDDS® – Torque Dynamic Distribution System
System needed for levelling both high-strength steel and non-ferrous material, with best care about strip surface.
Proflexroll ®
Variable profile roll combined with the tension leveller, which allows to level thin materials at high speed without maintenance and lubrication between the roll and the material.
The roll profile can take on different configurations depending on the defect to be corrected (concave; convex; “S-shaped”).
NFTS® – Non-Friction Tensioning System
System designed in order to ensure uniform recoiling tension for all strips obtained in the longitudinal slitting process of a coil strip.
Degreasing
Multi-rolls degreasing system for cleaning materials with thicknesses from 12µ at high speed. The special rolls configuration combined with special nozzles allows the best performances on delicate and thin materials.
