The Levelling and Cut to Length Line for aluminium coils made Becker Stahl to be the only service centre able to meet the demanding flatness specifications of one of the world's largest German car companies, as recently communicated to FIMIGroup staff in the email pictured.

The special feature of the plant is that the value given by EN 10051 is reduced by 80%. The tightest flatness and length tolerances are guaranteed. In addition, the quality of the flattening (material stress relief) of the profile (cut to length line) of sheet metal up to 5 mm thick and 1.200 mm wide is significantly improved.
