FIMI MACHINERY
Founded in 1963, it ranks among the top three companies in the world in the coil processing solutions, thanks to the quality of its products and the completeness of its services, which allow it to perform the design, manufacture and commissioning of coil processing plants and machinery independently.
FIMI SERVICE
FIMI Service is the division that can guarantee punctual and professional support in the after-sales service and maintenance, both ordinary and extraordinary, of coil and sheet metal processing plants produced by FIMIGroup.

FIMI Automation is specialised in the design, manufacture and commissioning of electrical and automation equipment, hardware and software, for plants in the metal industry.

Founded in 1997 as a representative office, it became a real business unit in 2006 on an area of approximately circa 1.000 m2. 15 employees are involved in sales, production and after-sales activities for the Asian market.
FIMI GmbH
It was born in 2017 to meet the needs of the German and, more generally, of the Northern European market, it is the operating division able to guarantee timely and efficient intervention in an area with a high concentration of installed FIMI plants.

Founded in Mumbai in 2022, it was designed to pursue FIMI's strategy of customer proximity, support and loyalty in the Asian area, where the presence of FIMI plants is really considerable.

Franci, a brand that has been present on the world scene for over 60 years, is a leader in the field of design and construction of moulds for the automotive sector.
Viganò International
Company specialised in the design and manufacture of cut to length, slitting and Blanking lines. Operating in the global market, it was acquired by FIMI in 2021.
Selema
Italian company founded in 1980 and leader in the design and manufacture of plants for strip treatment of non-ferrous materials, with particular focus on Aluminium. The thicknesses processed by Selema’s plants are in the range 10 µm – 4 mm for the whole variety of treated alloys.
Sacma
Historical Italian manufacturer of coil processing machines (slitting lines, cut to length lines, packing lines and rewinding lines). For around 50 years, Sacma has been manufacturing and installing more than 420 lines to meet the sheet metal cutting needs of various production industries.
Adda Fer
Adda Fer, an Italian company specialised in the design and manufacture of plants for Electro-welded Tubes production and Tube Finishing. A consolidate know-how allows the company to focus its activity on new equipment “tailor-made” according to customers’ needs.
Sa.Mo.
SA.MO, company specialised in the design and manufacture of Slitting Lines and their packing systems. In 1988, a partnership began that led SA.MO being acquired by FIMI in 2010.
