FIMIGroup is seeking a Head of Electrical Department to join its organization. The selected candidate will be responsible for organizing, managing, and maintaining the electrical department at the Valmadrera headquarters.
Main responsibilities
Responsibilities
• Management of human and material resources
• Monitoring of the production cycle
• Verification, inspection, and testing of products to ensure compliance with specifications
• Coordination and cooperation with other departments and assembly/hydraulic supervisors
• Achievement of objectives and deadlines
Main Activities
• Collaboration with the Technical Department for system design and implementation
• Organization and division of on-board machine installations
• Troubleshooting and problem resolution
• Monitoring of system assembly activities
• Management, maintenance, and monitoring of equipment
• Inspection and testing of systems according to specifications
Qualifications and experiences
Technical Skills
• In-depth knowledge of electrical schematics, components, and their operation
• Ability to work on live electrical systems, with PES/PAV certification
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Ability to coordinate and motivate team members
Essential requirements: PES/PAV certification and thorough knowledge of the field
Soft Skills
• Problem solving
• Empathy
• Negotiation
Education:
Degree or diploma in electromechanics, electronics, or mechatronics.
Nice to have
Work location: Valmadrera (LC)
Working hours: 7:00–12:00 / 13:00–16:00
Requirements:
• Availability and flexibility regarding working hours.
• Willingness to travel when required
