Rif. 10.25 ME – Electrical Assembler

FIMIGroup is seeking an Electrical Assembler to join its Valmadrera headquarters. The selected candidate will be responsible for assembling, disassembling, and repairing electrical systems on machinery.
Main responsibilities
Responsibilities
• Management of the assigned work area and proper care of tools and equipment.
• Correct assembly of electrical systems according to schematics and specifications.
• Cooperation with hydraulic and mechanical installers.
Main Activities
• Wiring of electrical panels.
• Assembly of on-board machine systems (sensors, panels, motors, cable trays, conduits, etc.).
• Preparation of systems for shipment.
• Inspection and verification of correct assembly and system functionality.
• Use of workshop tools such as drills, grinders, and welding machines.
Qualifications and experiences
Technical Skills
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
• Knowledge of automation elements, inverters, motors, and electrical panel components.
• Understanding of on-board machine components and their operation.
• Qualification to work on live systems (PES/PAV certification).
Essential requirement: In-depth knowledge of on-board machine electrical components and their functionality

• Teamwork orientation, openness to discussion, and problem-solving attitude.
• Organizational and planning skills.
• Results-oriented mindset.
• Valid Category B driver’s license.
• Tolerance, humility, adaptability, discipline, and a desire to learn.
Education
• High school diploma in electromechanics, electronics, or mechatronics.
Nice to have
Work location: Valmadrera (LC)
Working hours: 7:00–12:00 / 13:00–16:00
Requirements:
• availability and flexibility regarding working hours;
• willingness to travel when required.
